Anyway please be more grateful, this is a free plugin, lots of hours used for free, you can download, see, test, use it for free.
So please do not say: “it is an unacceptable error” and try to help us to make it better.
I love this plugin. Thank you so much for offering it. I will be using it regularly and am willing to pay for support. I too am having the same problem. Have you come close to a solution?

It’s considered rude here when you take over someone else’s topic.
First off, let me start by apologizing for the harshness of my statement about it being an “unacceptable error”. What I meant was that for a plug-in that’s supposed to handle an entire CSV file full of users (I’d expect hundreds+), it is encountering an error that is limiting it to a little over 1% of the functionality that I need from it, hence the “unacceptable”. If I weren’t so limited on time and resources, then I would have just installed another solution rather than breaking my file into smaller files containing just 6 users in each. (I found that not only could it only process 8 users at max on a good upload, but adding more than 6 users in a file made processing the file take about 30 seconds each rather than the ~5 seconds to process 6 records.). Also, I do believe that I have been trying to help as in my original post I did mention a possible cause for the issue, rather than just trashing the plugin.
Now, this was all made so much worse for me since we just launched a new website yesterday and the development company now won’t respond to emails and managed to lock-down WordPress more than I ever thought was possible, making it impossible for me to do even basic things. (In order to use this tool I had to force it to go to the page directly as they had removed any links to any sort of plugins.) I guess that’s what you get when management blatantly ignores tech and finds a “solution” on their own. In other words, I was extremely frustrated yesterday.
All that said, I’d be happy to send you a look-alike CSV file for your testing. Sadly I cannot send you the original as it contains too much personal contact info for the parents of our students. Just let me know where to send the file and I’ll get it to you ASAP.

Don’t worry. Usually we work for this plugin dozens of hours and we receive 0 euros and very few good reviews. All what we receive are problems like it and words like it sometimes.
But, we are here to make it work.
This plugin is able to import any number of users, so perfect, send me mail with CSV to carazo AT codection DOT com and then I try in my system.
I want to see which is the problem and fix it as soon as possible.
Change personal data for dummy data and we do it.
