# Only HTML posting possible

 * I am using wordpress and suddenly in the edit post page I no longer have the 
   option of non-html posting.
    Yesterday there was a tab on the top right of the
   post box that gave the option of HTML or Not but now what option has disappeared.
 * Does anyone know why this is?
 * How can I get this option back

 * Have you tried:
 * – deactivating **all** plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works,
   re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
 * – switching to the Twenty Ten theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?
 * – [resetting the plugins folder](http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F)
   by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause
   problems.

 * I have done all of this but still there is no change.
 * Everything was working fine up until yesterday, but today it has stopped working
   properly

 * Check that you haven’t disabled rich-text editing in your profile.
