To best assist you with the issue of course completion emails not being sent, could you please provide some more details about the problem? Specifically:
- Which user(s) are not receiving the emails? Are the emails not being sent to the student, the admin, or the instructor?

Very strange, but nobody receives the “Finished..” notification (nor the Admin, User, Instructor or Co-instructor).
This malfunction appeared on 06 Feb 2025.

We’ve investigated the issue you described regarding the “Finished” email notifications not being sent, and we’ve been able to confirm the problem. We’ve implemented a fix for this in a LearnPress beta version
Please install this beta version and test to see if the issue is resolved. Let us know if you encounter any further problems.

ADMIN > OK
CO-INSTRUCTOR > LEARNPRESS DIDN’T SEND THE EMAIL (CHECKED THE LOG).
All the check marks are setted correctly and the settings are configured.
