Only Filters Show Up – No Listings

    I’ve installed the plugin and received the swim and corp information from Bullhorn. However, only the filters on the left hand side show up with the number of listings for each filter displayed. The right hand side is blank. I know it’s pulling the right account because we have a working portal here ( with the same filters ):

    I can’t find any documentation online to help me understand why this is happening. Please help!

    Hello!

    Looks like the sort is defined incorrectly. The default sort is -dateLastPublished. it looks like you are attempting to sort by location. You will want to adjust it to be -address.city or -address.state. You are also able to make it descending or ascending by making the preceding character - or + respectively.

    Really appreciate the quick response. However, I’ve just now input -dateLastPublished into that field and I’m still not getting any listings. I don’t want to sort by location anymore so date last published is fine.

    Heya,

    It is now working for me so it seems as if it’s a caching issue. I see you cleared the server cache at the bottom of the page (is that a specific plugin you use). If you check out the portal in a new incognito window, clear your browser’s cache, or clear cache and hard reload for the specific page you should see the page working as expected
