Only Email button working

    Hello!
    Installation and setup went smooth. My WP does not seem to have any errors, and even when attempting to share FB, Twit or Ln from your buttons – no JS or other errors show in console.

    Your guy on the Live chat says that everything works on his side, but here I tested on 2 devices, both Windows 10 – and not working.

    I am an advanced WP user and dev, so even if you point me to the right documentation, it should be sufficient for me to fix the problem.

    I know you said you’re advanced, but could you please still clear cache? By that, I mean…

    – The browser cache, see https://www.solutionbay.com/solutions/dont-know-how-to-clear-the-cache-1
    – Please also check if you have a cache plugin installed. If so, please disable it temporarily, and check if it’s ok now

    Damn…. You were right. I guess at the moment I was advanced stupid 🙂

    P.S.
    It is a little confusing that buttons need to be clicked on the popup-box you get on hover, not on button directly. It even happens that the popup disappears when you try to click it, so you need to try again and again…

    That’s strange – could you please open a new support thread, and state your website url there, so that we can investigate?

    Note: sharing on click directly is possible in this plugin https://www.ultimatelysocial.com/usm-premium/, however you should still not face the issue you describe with “again and again”.
