I have it set to display 10 per page, but if I click on a category, which it does if I click “View Listings”. However, if I click any category, it only displays one per page. How can I resolve this? See http://waytogolocal.com/restaurants/

Sorry that you ran into issues here!

What version of BD are you running here?
Do you have Enhanced Categories installed? What version of that? (specific numbers for both, please)

Have you tried a conflict test?
