 * I am just learning WP through Lynda.com. The tutorial shows using developer tools
   to make changes to parent (we’re creating child theme). I’m at work and don’t
   have Chrome, but in IE8 the developer tools only show me the html and CSS. In
   the tutorial they have all the parent files html showing and the front side that
   viewers see (split screen). I can’t figure out how to see the actual site and
   the code. The screen is split but the right side is blank.
 * I have not set up localhost yet. Is this the problem?
 * I don’t have a site yet to send a link on & my WP class site is set to private.
 * I have created my child theme to [@import](https://wordpress.org/support/users/import/)
   the parent theme. I can see it when I go to my wp-admin area, but not when using
   developer tools.
 * I thought I could use Dreamweaver, but I can’t find where to find the parent
   files of themes to set up for Dreamweaver.
 * Sorry for so many questions, just want to follow tutorial but can’t see my site
   like I do in wp-admin. (Yes I have FTP the files so they’re out there somewhere)
   🙂
 * Helen
