    Hello Jasminder,

    Could you please share the shortcode are you using to display the catalogue? You currently have the Catalogue Overview mode set to “Categories” which displays all the Categories that you have. Once you select a Category, it takes you to the page where you have the catalogue with the sidebar and all your products. If you do not wish to see the Categories, in the beginning, you could just set the Catalog Overview mode set to “None” in the Basic area under the Options Tab in the plugin dashboard. This way once the user opens your page, it will take them directly to the Catalogue with all the products with the sidebar.

    Best regards,

    Okay i got it. Thanks

    How can i make it look like the demo : http://www.etoilewebdesign.com/ultimate-product-catalogue-demo/

    My page is http://pharmed.simplegraphicjobs.com/b2b/ . How can i increase it to column 3 and why my page doesn’t have Details button and design as demo ?

    Hello Jasminder,

    You could use CSS to make it look like the Demo page.
    Our plugin is responsive based on your website. So if your theme allows the plugin to have more space it will automatically use 3 columns or more to display the products.

    However, you could enforce this by giving the following width to the main screen of your theme by using simple CSS. For instance, you could try the following CSS by putting it in the Custom CSS box in the selected Catalogue from the Catalogue List under the catalogues tab in the plugin dashboard.

    .entry-content {
    width: 900px;
    }

    The reason why you do not have the Details button like in the Demo is that you have the “Hover” Catalogue style selected in the Catalogue section under the styling Tab in the plugin dashboard. If you wish to have the Details button, you need to set it to “default”.

    Best regards,

    Thanks.

    Actually i activate block layout of catalogue but things got messed up :

    It says css file is not found : http://pharmed.simplegraphicjobs.com/wp-content/plugins/ultimate-product-catalogue/js/catalogue-style-main-block.js?ver=4.8.2

    Hi Jasminder,

    The catalogue-style-main-block.js message shouldn’t effect anything (it relates to a feature that we added to allow users to upload custom JS files).

    For the broken styles on the page, can you try adding this CSS to the “Custom CSS” box of the Edit Catalogue page (and let us know what happens):

    .upcp-thumb-item {
        min-height:350px;
        display: flex!important;
        flex-direction: column!important;
        align-items: end!important;
        justify-content: space-between!important;}

    .upcp-details-icon {
        color:#fff;}

    .upcp-thumb-details-link {
        background-color: #4e5152!important;}

    .upcp-thumb-details-link:after {
        display: none!important;}

    Hello ,
    It did some alignment fix but still couldn’t get the same layout as preview:

    Please also tell how to change word Inquire to Details and make it go to product page instead of adding to inquiry ?

    Hi Jasminder,

    1)
    For the styling issues, if you go to Styling->Catalogue and scroll down to the “Details Image” section, can you select “Default Image” instead? (this should fix missing background color of the bottom “Details” section)

    2)
    To change text:

    Click Options -> Labelling. Here you can add your new text into the text boxes below the labels. The “Details” label should be at the top of the right side “Catalogue” section.

    3)
    To make it to products go to their product details page:

    Go to Options-> Premium, scroll down to “Product Inquiry Form” and “Product Inquiry Cart”. Set both to “No” and Save changes.

    4) If you still want the store to be 3 columns (like our demo site), you’ll need to decrease the width of the right side content container.

    Here’s some CSS you can add below the current styles of your Catalogue’s Custom CSS box:

    .prod-cat-inner {
        width: 70%;}
