# Only Blank

 * when I try to “connect”, I insert id and password in popup window but then I 
   have a blank popup waiting “authorize” for a few minutes. And nothing. Only a
   blank popup.
 * – wordpress 3.6
    – other plugins: akismet, facebook like box, google analytics
   for wordpress, goolge sitemap, seedprod coming soon, woodojo, woosidebars, wordpress
   seo – wordpress theme: simple mag – mailchimp plugin 1.4.1
 * HELP ME PLEASE ;(

 * Hey there,
 * Thanks for posting. Would you be able to try clearing your browser’s cache and
   cookies, then trying to connect to the plugin again? Also, can you confirm that
   you’re seeing the same issue across multiple browsers? And if so, can you provide
   me with the names of the browsers that you’ve tried on? Then, on my end I can
   setup a similar WP and Plugin version to try and replicate your issue.
 * As this does sound like it may be something unique to the host environment, I’d
   also recommend temporarily disabling all other plugins on the WordPress site 
   and then trying to connect the MailChimp plugin again. If it works, it might 
   mean that another plugin is conflicting with ours, to which I’d be happy to investigate
   further if that seems to be the case.
 * Let me know if you have any additional questions or continue seeing problems 
   after trying the above!
