Only apply fee to product only

    Added a material surcharge based on a percentage of 7%. I made it non-taxable, and required, but it is being applied to the shipping cost. How do I keep it from being applied to the shipping cost? The surcharge should only apply to the product, not the cart total after shipping is applied.

    Thanks for contacting us.

    Our percentage-based fee always applies to the cart subtotal amount.

    For eg.: Cart subtotal is $100 and applied the 10% extra fee and the shipping charge is $15.99 then it will always count the 10% on $100(Subtotal excl. Shipping and discount coupon price).

    We really like your suggestions about applying the percentage fee on specific products only and we will review it in detail and check the possibility and implement them in the future release.
