only appears in site preview not on published site

    Hi,

    I am using the lite version. I have an odd problem, i insert the shortcode and i t works fine when i preview it, but when i load the actual site, not plugged into WordPress i just see the shortcode on my site. I cannot find any way to get over this.
    I want the extra features of premium but i do not think this problem is just because i have Lite.
    I have disabled all other plugins and checked the footer. Does anyone have any ideas?

    I see you got Soliloquy working in more than preview. I have used Soliloquy on other sites but now am having this problem as well. How did you solve it?

    Hey Jim, I wasn’t able to load the urls you provided. Would you try using the ID version of the template tag and let me know if the issue you’re experiencing is resolved or affecting both versions?

    Also, on the shortcode, be sure you’re using only the ID or slug version, not both, or your slider will try to load twice and won’t function as expected.

    I ended up exporting the sliders to another site in the network and it worked. I exported from the wroking site and imported into the problem site and it showed up.

    After that test, I “exported” the json code to my downloads folder and reimported them and they show up now.
