    Please set which roles you want to give access and set them from Allow Access option from Package settings. If you have already set your site for registration, you can also check the role from Settings > General Settings > New User Default Role. I hope those may help you.

    Thanks.

    Thanks but this is what I did and doesn’t work. This is how I had setted the files:

    And only administrator users can download the files. If I log in with another kind of role it keeps showing the red button asking to Access, (although I have accessed correctly):

    Can you share here which shortcode you are using?

    Can you please remove the login=1 parameter and then try with access role login. please check and let me know.

    Thanks.

    Thank you. I tried this:

    [wpdm_all_packages items_per_page=”20″ jstable=1 order_by=”title” order=”ASC” cols=”title|categories|download_link” colheads=”Title|Categories|Download::155px”]

    And nothing changed. The behavior is exactly the same. 🙁

    I’m using DM 3.1.09 and WP 5.5.1

    I really appreciate your help. I discovered finally the problem: it is the WP Fastest Cache plugin. I deactivated it and it works like it is supposed to. For now I’ll leave it deactivated. Maybe I can find a way to activate it without conflict. Thanks thanks again!
