Only admin can see the registeration form

Hi!

I’ve created a registration form, I guess it’s supposed to be shown to the right of the text but when i’m not logged in it says “Only administrators can add new users.” in the code (I saw it using inspect element).

That’s the intended way that the plugin works? Did I missed some configuration?
