Only 4.5 and 5 stars possible

    Hi there,
    unfortunately, it seems that recently users are only able to rate 4.5 or 5 stars and the results are being shown immediately. Any idea on how to fix this, known workaround?

    Hi Petra,

    This sound like incompatibility with some other plugin or the theme.

    Dear Blaz,

    did the plugin conflict test as follows:
    First i deactivated ALL plugins in staging environment, checked after each one, could not pin one down.
    Then i deleted ALL other plugings in staging environment, checked after each one, could not pin one down.
    Switched to 2021 theme, the problem persisted too.

    What i found out: In your plugin, when i switch to “Do not show average rating and number of ratings under the widget” then i am able to give stars from 1 – 5 as it should be.

    Any idea?
