So, you are saying that you are able to add the additional zone, but once you’ve created and saved it, it isn’t showing up?

no, I can add as many additional zones as I like, but I can choose from only one country. In other words, I can add even 100 zones, but choose only 1 region (country) – Estonia.

You are able to add multiple regions per zone. Please see the documentation here:
