[Resolved] Only 1 column in footer

    Hi, I was wondering if someone could tell me how I can adjust the amount of columns to only one (to create one wide footer). The basic settings only seem to give a choice between 2 and 4 columns…

    Thanks in advance!

    You can use the 2 column layout, but then add this css to your custom css box in the theme options:

    .footercol1 {
    width:100%;
    }

    and don’t use the column 2 widget area.

    That worked perfectly! Many thanks 🙂

    And is there any way I can show the footer on the homepage only? (So delete the footer on other pages?) Thanks in advance!

    #containerfooter {
    display:none:
    }
    .home #containerfooter {
    display:block:
    }

    add to your css.

    For some reason it doesn’t seem to work… What could be the problem? And is there another way?

    Hey, try this:

    #containerfooter {
    display:none;
    }
    .home #containerfooter {
    display:block;
    }

    Looks like he accidentally typed “:” instead of “;”.
