I just went to check my online backups. They have been failing for 6 weeks! The error says that the username and password are not found. But I just doublechecked my online account and re-entered my username and password. I ran a manual online backup and it says it was successful and stored as today’s date. But in the Backups section of my account online it only shows the backup from 6 weeks ago. I can find no where in the plugin where I can check the username and passwords or any other settings. Help!
