Onebyone slider conflict

I seem to be having a conflict with Disqus and the OnebyOne slider. I’ve turned off comments on my home page but the slider still doesn’t work unless I deactivate Disqus completely. It’s odd to me because the slider seems to work with another layout.

Regardless, I’d like to see if there’s some way I can completely remove disqus only from the home page so that the slider will still work. Any direction on doing that?
