    Just love this plugin (I think I’ve said that before) and the new Leaderboard feature on our site is proving popular. I have a strange issue though – one of my users is not getting his points update notification within BuddyPress. He is still being awarded points but normally there should be a notification every time he earns points but he’s not had any updates for the last month. To my knowledge, he is the only user who is not getting these updates, all other users are, and he has not changed any settings. There are other users with identical profiles to his in terms of site access.

    I’ve no idea how to begin troubleshooting this so any assistance would be appreciated, thank you.

    But which type of notifications do you refer? GamiPress built-in emails notifications, notifications from our Notifications add-on or BuddyPress activity entries?

    For GamiPress emails is possible that his inbox is placing those emails on spam and for BuddyPress activity entries, our BuddyPress integration doesn’t makes differentiation between users at the moment to publish the activity, but since the BuddyPress activities are extensible and any plugin can change his workflow

    Do you have a specific plugin that could change the BuddyPress activity entries workflow or that has some features for the activity entries? If yes, have you tried to deactivate it and award something to this user to see if the new activities are added?

    This is within BuddyPress activities. All plugins apply to all users. This is just one user not getting notifications in his BuddyPress activity stream.

    Our BuddyPress integration hasn’t any restrictions to display the activities

    If you check to display activities when user earns something, then will get displayed to ALL users, without exception

    For that I mentioned you the possibility another plugin could restrict activities to this specific user
