one shared host multiple WP folders for website

    I have a website and the WordPress is installed in the root directory itself but using fantastico i created folders in the public_hrm and installed WP there as well, I have other ready webisite there, which shows me as:

    http://website/folder1
    I want it as
    http:// folder.com

    I have brought domains also for that.
    as my host supports multiple website hosting and Wp are installed in diffrent dirs as i mentioned folders,
    and in the general settings i dont find any help as the main website is installed in root, i cant move/copy the other folder’s index.php there,
    I want to make that folder as a complete website without hampering with my main website, URGENT help needed.

    my website is http://www.metalbase.in
    and I have another 1 running as metalbase.in/soundofmusic
