 * Not as far as I know in WordPress, you could up a mailing list email account,
   which then forwards to two separate accounts.
 * Gmail has this feature for Email forwarding.

 * two people use the same profile, they don’t want their own and want notification
   sent to both. harmck’s suggestion will do, though server forwarding instead of
   gmail

 * gSaenz, didn’t want to presume you had access to setup a mailing list directly
   on a mail server, but that would be the ideal solution!

   the suggestion

   talking about the profile email account. Apples and Oranges… Besides, already
   use contactform7 for the contact page.
