I’m currently testing Eazyest Gallery on a local Webserver. First, thanks for your great work.

Is there a chance to get a option that a specific picture can be shown in multiple galleries?

When handling photos there is often the need that a specific picture would match to more than one gallery. For example: a photo with a tree could be in gallery plants and gallery landscape.

You can set a featured image, but this version only allows to pick it from the folder itself.
I’m working on it to extend the selections for Featured image.

What about an option to set the folder icon to the parent folder icon? Would that work for you? I’ll include it in 0.2.0

Sorry, this is not what i meant. I plan to setup a website showing my photos. And often there a photos which should be listed in different galleries. You are using the WordPress Media function so the pictures are assigned to a gallery and not copied to it (as far as i know).

So my thought was: Why not assigning it to more than one gallery?

Er, I don’t quite understand your question. You are not talking about folder icons or featured images?

Ok, let me try to explain it better. I’m speaking about a specific photo which should be seen in more than one gallery.

Think on a wordpress post which you can assign to more than one category.

    I see, interesting…
The problem is that images are linked to folders, just like attachments are attached to posts. An attachment can only be attached to one post/folder.
I don’t think I will include such an idea in the foreseeable future.

Ok, that’s not really a problem, but a nice idea. When it’s handled like a attachment i understand that this will not work.

    Thank you for fast answer.
