one page site – show pages from navigation

Hello there,
I am creating a one page site, I am ready with the navigation, each menu element has a href linking to the page ids.
<a href="#367">1111</a>
The scroll function is also working fine, however at the moment I have all the pages, not just the ones those are added to the navigation also the order is not the same as the navigation has them.

I would like to show each pages one after the other as they are listed in the menu. Any help is appriciated 🙂
