One of the worst plugins i ever used, no support!

    i have all paid addons for this plugin bought, but every time developer update it break functionality, disabling updates:

    An error occurred while updating BackUpWordPress To Google Drive: Download failed. Internal Server Error

    customer support is done by third party named Kati, who is not a developer and reply that she will contact developer on every message we send

    as of today, i have 60 web sites with broken backup plugins, uploads to Dropbox and Gdrive fell every time.

    by far the worst plugin and service i ever received!

    I’m sorry that you are disappointed with using the plugin and extensions. It’s true we’ve had a lot of glitches the developers are trying to work through this year. As I’ve told everyone who contacted us through support – I’ll keep everyone updated on their progress.

    I’m also sorry my customer service didn’t meet your needs as well. I am a part of the company, though, not a 3rd party person. So when I say that I am contacting the developer, I do mean I am writing an update for the developers through internal channels on any new information that comes through support. I’m really sorry that didn’t meet your needs.

    Again, sorry the plugin(s) aren’t meeting your needs and that you are frustrated with the current issues we’ve been having on updating. We share that frustration and are working to resolve that.
