    I was searching for a free abandoned cart plugin and came across this one. This has some great customer management features and I was able to displace 3 other plugins with this single plugin. The support folks are extremely attentive to issues and very willing to entertain feature suggestions. If you have a moment give this a try especially if you have a low volume WooCommerce store as the best features are free to stores with a small customer base.
