• Hi,

I’m building a site using Elementor for several pages, it works perfectly and I haven’t any problem.
Although, my client (administrator as well) can’t edit the Elementor posts. His browser displays the following error message:
    This site can’t be reached…
    ERR_SPDY_PROTOCOL_ERROR

I logged-in with his user account and it works like a charm on my side; so I guess it must be related to his browser (Chrome on Windows 7) or something? He cleared his cache but it didn’t solve the problem..
    Any idea ?

    Thanks for your help
    Seba

  • This sounds as a Chrome issue @ your clients end.
    This might help:

    5. Flushing SPDY Sockets
    To flush SPDY sockets:

Go to chrome://net-internals/#events&q=type:SPDY_SESSION%20is:active from your chrome browser.
Then click on the arrow of the top right corner.
From the drop-down menu select Flush Sockets.

Your client could also just install for example Firefox and edit in there, I use Firefox to edit and chrome to look at the results as a non admin all the time.

    Hope this helps,
    Annie
