One of my blog posts not showing correctly

    Hi,

    For some reason some of the posts I publish on my blog are not showing correctly. The majority of them are and I am not doing any differently for the ones that are not so I’m very confused. Here is the snack menu page of my blog:

    If you try to click on the latest entry “Madeleines” you will see it doesn’t show correctly versus all the other entries on this page that do.

    I have done absolutely nothing different for Madeleines than any of the others. I have written text and included a recipe box (using a recipe plugin) as I have for all other posts.

    Does anyone have any idea why this would happen?

    The difference is that the Madeleines are linking to the single attachment (the page of the featured image) and the Coconut Orange Macaroons are linking to the single-recipe page.

    Most likely the cause of this is the name of the image. I would like to suggest to remove the featured image from the Madeleines. Then also remove the image from the Media Library (delete permanently). Then on your computer rename the Madeleines image to something different, for example Whisking-Madeleines and then upload it again as featured image.
    Then it should be good.

    That worked! Thank you so much Piet. Although I still don’t really understand the problem and why I needed to change the photo’s name?

    Hi Piet, sorry now but one other thing. The link works now but if I click the actual link for the Madeleine’s recipe a blank page comes up first saying “redirecting”. Any idea how to fix this:

    loads fine for me, maybe a (browser)cache issue?
