Category links are not working

    I’ve a major problem with my blog.

    Note: I’ve customized my URL structure it is been set as /index.php/%category%/%postname%

    The problem I am facing is that NONE of my category links are working. Please help me with this problems, it is making me sick day by day. Phew!
