One Ninja Form per subscriber

I am using ninja forms 2.9.33, what features I found in this form is that I can make it available for only logged in users and I can limit the number of total submissions. But I also want that one subscriber should only fill the form once and after submission he/she sees a message that “you have successfully submitted the form”.
Note: I found the similar question here but I did not get that so please explain clearly.
