Hi, I really like the Tiny Forge theme and has been using it for my 3 blogs. However, I’ve noticed that for my blog http://www.making-birthday-cards.com, the layout width is narrower (the font also appears smaller) than my other two blogs which run the same width.

I’ve checked out a few websites using the Tiny Forge theme and their size is about the width of my other two blogs too.

I’m using the Mozilla Firefox Browser.

I don’t remember changing the layout width. Can anyone help me on this? I would like my card making blog to be the same width as my other blogs. Thanks in advance! 🙂

It looks that this blog is same width as mine 🙂

So I can only assume, than other two are wider than normal. What are the other two addresses?

Font is larger in the single post view, in archive view font is more compact.

BTW you better fix that mess in the footer :)))

And use no-border CSS class for the image of book in the sidebar.

    Hi Tomas,

Oh my card making blog looks the same width as yours! My other two addresses are:
    http://www.everything-about-scrapbooking.com
    http://mytoddlerisreading.com

I have very limited knowledge about changing things around with WordPress. I agree my footer look quite a mess. But I’m not sure how to go about making it look better.

Likewise, I’ll have to find out how to use a no-border CSS class for the image of the book in my sidebar. 🙂

I have to say all pages are same width, perhaps different background color/pattern creates this visual effect?

You can read about no-border class here:

    Hi Tomas,

I finally figured out why my card making site width is narrower. Under my Firefox browser “View”, I might have “Zoom In” sometime ago and somehow it locked that width for my site, till I clicked on “Reset” just now and now my blog is the same width as my other two blogs. 🙂

Based on your suggestions, I’ve reorganized my top menu a bit and therefore cleared up the mess at the footer.

And I’ve also managed to remove the border from my sidebar image based on your link above, even though it took me hours to figure out how to do it. I’ve since applied the no-border class to my other two blogs as well and it sure does make my sidebar images look much better.

I’m so glad I asked for help here as your quick replies and extra suggestions have helped me in making my blogs look cleaner! Thank you so much Tomas!!
