One language stopped working

I have a website with two languages, English and Japanese. I bought a new url and accidentally replaced it with oshareosaka.com and everything stopped working. I managed to link up with the old url again but now my website only displays everything in Japanese. If I click English the website will only display in Japanese.

I’d like to try to disable the plugin and reactivate it but im afraid I will lose all language links in the backend.
