  • I have the free version setup and am testing out functionality. I have everything working except for one thing. When a user signs up, I’m not receiving the subscription alert email.

    Users receive the confirmation email, etc, but I have to login to the site to actually see if there are subscription requests. What can I do to resolve/test this? I need to be notified so that I can approve those requests as they come in.

    Have you enabled admin alert emails in general settings?

    If you mean in WP General Settings, I have an email address entered into the admin Email address field, and in the WP Mailing Group settings, I have it enabled and email address entered there as well.
