    Hi !
I'm new to wordpress. I've searched on this site to no avail. Expecting a "guru" will read this (or anyone that could help), here is my problem :

I have a web-hosting plan that includes the ability to host 100 websites. However, this plan only gives me 5 databases to work with.

What I want to achieve is to host different WordPress sites (with each their own domain) on a single database, but also to be able to give access to single admins for each of these sites.

In other words, is it possible to make several wordpress sites with each a different admin, using a single database?

    Thank you very much

The multisite setup does exactly that. Each site/blog will use a set of tables in a single database.

Here's how you can create a network: http://codex.wordpress.org/Create_A_Network

    Here's how it works: http://codex.wordpress.org/Multisite_Network_Administration

    Hi Alin
Thank you for answering so quickly.

Yes, I've read about the multisite, but I didn't know if separate admins could be given for each sites/blogs. So it seems that it can be done? I'm pretty amazed by this.

I still have another question :
Can every blog/site have their own users too? Just like, for instance, one of my clients which I give a blog is the admin, but still could have his own user database ?

    Thank you

Yes, but they are not stored in different databases.
