One contact for the specific event

I’m using this plugin to rotate the contact information on the home page of a professional group with a lot of members. Each member’s contact information appears on the home page for one week. I am placing the events_list short code on the home page – it displays an event name (the individual’s name), an event image — and I would like it to display the individual’s email and phone.

I would like to use the placeholders CONTACTEMAIL and CONTACTPHONE so that information displays below the event name.

Where do I add those placeholders?

When I add a new event there is no field to add an email address or a phone number just a location — so how do I get each events_list to display different contact info?
