HI, I am trying to install the wordpress. I am reading "read me", and there are two points:
on readme it says: If for some reason this doesn’t work, don’t worry. It doesn’t work on all web hosts. Open up wp-config-sample.php with a text editor like WordPad or similar and fill in your database connection details.
Save the file as wp-config.php and upload it.

two points i dont understand:1. the database connection, is it just username and password i need to fill in?
    2. where can I upload the file?

1.First you have to create a database. As you know this database has a username and password.Use this details and replace the default details in
wp-config-sample.php file using the above mentioned text editors.Once you have done this save this file as wp-config.php.

2.Go to your wordpress folder and upload this file using cpanel upload tab.If your website is in localhost paste this file in the wordpress folder.
