One-click scrolling

Hello,

I´d like to ask you if exists any theme which allows me to scroll to the whole new website content by clicking page-up or page-down key. For example: On the screen I can see some presentation about Mercedes´s “new wheel design” category, then I press the page-down key and “new motor models” will be shown on the whole website. Menu will be hidden at the edge of the screen. It could also work when clicking left-page or right-page buttons.

Now I am just not sure if I explained it clearly…
