onclick Events on PDF hrefs (1 post)

I applied onlick events within the href to PDF and Video links that I want to track with specific values.

Ex: onclick="ga('send', 'event', 'Download', 'PDF', 'IT/Lync/QRG/Instant Messaging');"

Ex: onclick="ga('send', 'event', 'View', 'Video', 'IT/Lync/Video/Intro');"

I'm not seeing any data in the Events reports. This is the same onclick event I used on a non-Wordpress site that works perfectly.

The Track Outbound Links & Downloads box is checked.

Track outbound clicks as pageviews and Track downloads as pageviews was previously checked. I just unchecked these. Is this why the onclick events weren't reported?
