Once you have issues, support is horrible and their Dev’s lie

I will say that when OmniSend works its fantastic and worth the expense and ROI… This month I was in the middle of a sale and all of a sudden I had a banner at the top that said my store was disconnected. That’s when this nightmare started. Sometimes it takes days for support to respond. They keep saying its a hosting issue when I verified it was not by access the very same API’s they claim were being blocked. I have been dealing with run around after run around and no resolution in sight. If someone has an alternative to OmniSend they can recommend I’d like to try it. Oh yeah, and all my automations are gone and no way of getting them back without connecting my site which isn’t working.
