a) Products placed on site in 2013/early 2014 check out fine…
b) “test” item that I JUST added today to test, checks out fine

Are you charging shipping?
Please ensure that product has weights assigned to it.
I wasn’t sure I didn’t see the shipping calculator on your checkout page.
Did you have any other new plugin installed when these products were created that isn’t installed now? Maybe some odd conflict?
Is there anything odd / in common about he products that don’t work?
Such as I’ve noticed this product doesn’t work also

One thing I see in common is in the variations “w/” I’m curious if that is the reason
Do all of the items that don’t work have a variation with the forward slash in them?

As for shipping, I dont charge. I’ve never added weights/shipping on any items. As for a plug in that was in there prior, Im sure there was. But what I cant fathom is why the “test” item works….
As for the variations, its for color/style. White w/BLue is a white shirts with blue ink.
Its only allowing purchase of items from 2010-2013, and the “test” item added today.
I am wondering if there is a specific order I need to follow to create the items….. variations after I save/title it?
Can you try adding a variation to your test item? One of the variations that uses the / in the names?
I just tried to create variations on my test that contain a slash in the name and I can’t even generate a variation if it contains a slash in it. I’m curious how you were able to and if this may have changed in a recent release. We’re looking into it.
In the mean time get back to me and let me know if you find the same with slashes in variations.

Have a similar issue as others all of a sudden. Edward, any help would be hugely appreciated. The site owner is freaking out because the checkout forms are no longer showing up. It just goes right to Paypal without letting the customer enter in the form fields.
I’ve tried everything to fix but nothing is working.

Edward, I think its finally solved….
I went in and manually adjusted each item and checked the “item wont be shipped” box for all items. The ones that werent working seem to work now..
I have a few people at other locations testing it now.
If so, then there was some overlap on what items go changed and effected. As I said, the items placed for sale between 2010-2012 are all good.
