Once enable the plugin, woocommerce cannot use csv import function

    Hi, if I enabled the Videopack plugin, then woocommerce can’t use the csv to import the product image, which will skip the image field, could you fix it? Thanks in advance.

    Thanks, I’ll look into that. Are you using the Videopack feature that automatically generates video thumbnails using FFMPEG?

    This one has been tricky to troubleshoot. No need to answer my question though. It doesn’t matter whether you have automatic thumbnails turned on, just activating Videopack is enough to break Woocommerce product image importing.

    Sorry for the long delay. This issue should be fixed in today’s Videopack release v4.7.1
