    I have seen many discussion on:
    The uploaded file could not be moved to
    In my new blog http://masromani.com
    I have installed a fresh 3.1.3
    An attempt to upload a different image in the header of the standard template (quite nice as it is) made me aware that the wp-content folder was missing write rights to create uploads folder.
    All rights set to 777 resulted in an uploads folder to be created.
    However even with manual stting of rights of 777 to the uploads folder the file does not get uploaded:
    The uploaded file could not be moved to /home/masromani/www/wp-content/uploads.
    I cannot think of more rights to change.
    Does the unix user need ftp preveliges??
