    On zenssl > setup It prompts Which domain verification
   process would you like to use?
 * HTTP
    10 mins Step 1 Create .well-known/acme-challenge folder > how?
 * Step2
    Upload verification file(s) > how?
 * > we tried HTTP one on [http://www.jeffcredit.com.hk/wp-admin/admin.php?page=ssl_zen&tab=step2&info=api_error](http://www.jeffcredit.com.hk/wp-admin/admin.php?page=ssl_zen&tab=step2&info=api_error)
   
   It said error: LetsEncrypt API error
 * DNS
    7 mins Step 1 Identify your domain host > how
 * Step 2
    Add a domain TXT record > how
 * > we also tried DNS one Step on [http://www.jeffcredit.com.hk/wp-admin/admin.php?page=ssl_zen&tab=step2&info=api_error](http://www.jeffcredit.com.hk/wp-admin/admin.php?page=ssl_zen&tab=step2&info=api_error)
   
   It said error: LetsEncrypt API error

 * well, it still unable to setup the zen ssl.
    Even we submit ticket to support,
   no one answer and no one help. What happened? Is there anything need to install
   too.
