On the cusp of the new virtual approach

When I first started using this plugin it was extremely buggy, but I always managed to work with the developers to get it sorted out, and they were helpful when it came to customisation. Of late though, every update brings more bugs, and there are so many bugs now that effectively the plugin is killing learnthebirds.com, my site. The team is now unresponsive, they even asked me to prove I have a paid subscription even though that is on their own site, so I had to submit a screenshot of their own site. There has been no response for at least two week on a fatal issue. I wonder if their company is even still in business.

I absolutely no longer recommend this plugin. It killed my education project dead.
