On submit .. email is not received

    I think you might have issues with your hosting provider. Try to remind admins password and see if you receive an email. If you don’t consider using easy SMTP plugin.

    @comtecpres Can you verify that your email works, by trying to reset admin password using default WordPress remind password functionality? If you do not receive password remind email, it means problem is with your hosting provider and not the plugin. It’s common issue on cheaper hostings.

    I just tried it and come up with the following message

    The email could not be sent.
    Possible reason: your host may have disabled the mail() function.

    what can i do to get this sorted

    Contact your hosting provider, and I’m sure they will resolve that.
