    Hi,
    On some orders it is not possible to capture the payment even if the order is completed. We can capture if we log in to Quickpay, but not from the website as normal – the entire Quickpay section at the top right is empty.

    So far, it has only happened on four out of several orders (about every 10th) – and one was a mastercard order, a visa electron and a Dankort.
    We cannot immediately see what the orders have in common. Quickpay also can’t find any errors.

    We have checked woocommerce logs and we can see that woocommerce registered things in the log but unfortunately it has not registered anything for these orders.
    And also checked the server’s log and there is nothing registered at the times when the orders are made or changed status.
