    Hi,
    On some orders it is not possible to capture the payment even if the order is completed. We can capture if we log in to Quickpay, but not from the website as normal – the entire Quickpay section at the top right is empty.

    So far, it has only happened on four out of several orders (about every 10th) – and one was a mastercard order, a visa electron and a Dankort.
    We cannot immediately see what the orders have in common. Quickpay also can’t find any errors.

    We have checked woocommerce logs and we can see that woocommerce registered things in the log but unfortunately it has not registered anything for these orders.
    And also checked the server’s log and there is nothing registered at the times when the orders are made or changed status.

    I am experiencing the exact same issue for one of my clients. I’m very keen on an answer or fix as well.

    We had to go in to QuickPay dashboard to capture the payment, but that was after my client thought the payment wasn’t captured and cancelled the customers order at first.

    I’m also seeing the same issue on several webshops now. I have resently updated to latest WP version 5.1.1, WC version 3.6.2 and and also updated php version to 7.3.5

    Can you tell if this is happening on regular orders or only on recurring orders with the subscription plugin?

    We experience it on regular orders and we do not have a subscription plugin on the site.

    Where should we send the status report to?

    HI. I also have problem with quickpay. I can se , if I log in to quickpay – payment order, but on the action writer ( CAPTURE PAYMENT ). And I not have button take all price on The webshop. WordPress/woocommerce.

    Hi guys,

    This problem seemed to be caused by intermittent problems when storing the transaction ID through WC_Order::payment_complete. We have implemented a fallback in the payment callback handler which should fix this problem.

    This fix was released in 5.1.0.

    Please keep in mind that the fix only handles future orders. Existing orders with missing transaction IDs must be handled manually.
