I planned to have 2 products on sale each day and keep then on sale for 2 days, so there will 4 products on sale each day.

But when i add a new sale price and a start date and a end date, i doesn’t work correctly.
The offer work correct for today, but the offer that should start on tomorrow do not show up, so tomorrow when i check the product i can’t see any discounts on that product.

And next problem, when the offer expires the Lowered price is showing instead of the correct price.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out.

We often see scheduled sales issues being related to WP Cron. I would recommend installing a plugin, like WP Crontrol to ensure that WP Cron is running smoothly on the site. Once installed, you can manually run action_scheduler_run_queue, for example, which is scheduled to run every minute. Once you force this, do you see any Cron errors?

Also, when you navigate to Tools > Scheduled Actions in the dashboard, do you see any Pending or Failed actions for woocommerce_scheduled_sales?

Last, would you mind copying and pasting your System Status Report into this thread so that I can check for any red flags there? You can find this by going to WooCommerce > Status > System Status > Get System Report in your WP-Admin dashboard.

I don’t have wp cron so that is not the problem.
and I have no red flags thx for trying to help.

and today (we just passed midnight here) everything works perfect.
so I wait to see and just keep checking if it just was one failure the first days

    Hi there,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

Good morning, i don’t know if is the same problem posted by kelderkold, i found a problem on the discounted price of a product. Going to the product page and setting a discounted price for a day (example from 26/11 to 26/11) the price is barred but still full, so the discounted price set on the product page does not appear.

I could probably open a new topic, but I will give it a try here:

We scheduled a sale for 2019-12-29 0:00 to 2019-12-31 23:59 with a percentage cart discount, but no order placed on 12/31 received the discount anymore. Any orders placed on 29th and 30th are properly calculated with the discount. This way – because we didn’t realize it early enough – we messed up with about 2000-3000 visitors on 12/31. Super bad for the business. Now we must calculate and apply refunds for about 20 orders, left alone the probably 50 orders we missed out because of the promised but missing discount in the store.

WP Cron is deactivated, and we run a scheduled cron job every 30 min. but this is not relevant since the sale started as expected, but ended exactly 1 day earlier then it was set up. Our server is also in the same time zone. I am expecting a glitch in WooCommerce.
