on-page navigation with smooth scroll is not exact

    I have new page, my first in Elementor. Smooth scroll is probably conflicting with smooth scroll function included in the theme. The result is wrong behavior of scrolling too far over the addressed element.

    How to manage the smooth scroll? Disable this function of Elementor or set the corrective offset?
