Just recently, when I switch wptouch off on my site (iPhone or nexus7), the on / off panel expands upwards to the top of the screen, covering a lot of the screen.

I am using wptouch free and WordPress 3.5 rc4

I am having this problem also. The switch move up to block my categories tabs.

Please advise how to edit the position and will the pro version help?

Don't think pro is the answer. I have been using it for about 10 months and this has never been an issue.

Here is a link to an image of what is happening. As I say, before wp 3.5 it was fine.

I also have w3 total cache set to use a local CDN (if that makes a difference)

I'm having the same behavior. Pressing the on/off switch makes it go away, but multiple customers have noted this unattractive and distracting behavior.

    Can it be stopped?

Same here. When switching to desktop version, the DIV that contains the WPtouch switch stretches vertically across the entire page. This isn't annoying, it's unusable. I assume it only fails on some WordPress themes otherwise everyone would be complaining, but I can't find the cause.

Notice the empty space above the top page content as in daverage's screenshot above.
