The images are not be renamed On load

    Hi Jordy Meow,

    at first thanks because your plugin is really good.

    I have ab issue when I am trying to use it with PageGeneratorPro plugin (do you know it? your plugin is perfect to be combined this this otrher one).
    Pagegenerator use unplash photo service, taking images form internet and saving them into my server, but your plugin is not renaming them when they are saved (and they have title).

    I must do it manually, and then the renaming runs well (if there is not 2 images with the same title, in this case there are images taht are not renamed).

    The problem is that there are going to be miles of post scheduled and i cant be doing the process manually every days/weeks.

    I read other reviews and i tried to uninstall cache plugins but your plugin is still not working.

    Hi,

    Indeed, the Renamer can’t know that an image has been uploaded. It only works with the manual upload, and you are using a plugin that automates this.

    The process depends a lot on how that plugin (PageGeneratorPro) works. I don’t know it at all. But basically you need to trigger the renaming process from that plugin, through a filter or an action it has.

    You should contact the developer and tell him/her that you need to call Media File Renamer after the image was uploaded by PageGeneratorPro.

    Then, for calling my renamer manually, it’s explained here: https://meowapps.com/media-file-renamer-faq/#How_to_trigger_the_rename_process. Many users do that 🙂
