on-hold E-Mail not send via E-Mail Template & pending status missing?

    Hello,

    1st Question / Problem
    woocommerce sends its own styled emails in order state “on-hold”. I dont know why:

    – I have created a template for this type – as well as for any other (and there is it working)
    – I have enabled it in the WooCommerce -> EMail Settings -> Enabled for this type as well (like any other type)

    2nd Question / Problem

    Does ur plugin not contain an e-mail type for pending state (payment has not yet been made)?

    Hello,

    1. We have had this similar topic before with the premium version. This occurred to on-hold order only.
    In that topic, we even tested by deactivating the WooCommerce Email Template Customizer plugin, but the customers can still receive 2 emails for On-hold order. We figured out that was caused by a conflict with another plugin.
    Please check on your site, deactivating all your plugins, but leave the WooCommerce and ours. If the problem disappears, there is an actual conflict.
